How Many Prints Can I Make? 

When purchasing individual prints, you can make as many copies of that print as you want.  For membership customers, you can make as many copies of any of the prints that you have access to. 

Will it Work on my Mobile Phone? 

The website does perform well on all devices however, the personalisation form has been designed with the desktop in mind.  When personalising documents on the mobile phone you will likely need to pinch and scroll the screen to achieve results. 

Can I Give Access to Friends and Family? 

No. You can only access the products from the device that you made the purchase.  Security is in place to ensure that it is not shared away from the device.

The pricing - especially for the Membership Area -  is minuscule compared to some other similar sites so please be fair and use it appropriately.

Do not share your membership log-in details with others.   

If you do have an issue with access to your prints, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  If however, we discover you have been sharing the access links, your account will be permanently closed without refunds.

Do I Have To Download Any Software?

No.  Results are achieved without your need to download anything - apart from your finished personalised print of course!

Are There Any Upsells?

At the moment - No. The only options are to purchase prints singly or within the Member's Area (coming soon).

Sharing your finished products on other sites is permitted and although attribution is not required a link back to us at https://personalised-printables.com is always appreciated ;-)

Can I Print the Download on My Printer? 

Whilst we pride ourselves on the professional creation of our products the quality of the finished product will be determined by you and the type of paper/card and printer that you use.

Basically, the higher the quality of paper/card that you use the more likelihood of having a more visually stunning product.

Your chart has been produced at an A4 size which is usually fine for UK/European printers. If you are using a Letter printer (mainly US customers) then you may need to adjust your printer settings.
